Flash-memory module OBRAZ-3

OBRAZ-3 is a reprogrammable flash-memory module intended for using as memory extension module with CREDO-3 CPU-module or with other ISAbus modules and systems.
The base area of application of OBRAZ-3 module are mission critical systems such as automatic and automated control systems of mobile objects (aircrafts, ships, railway and automotive transport and etc), industrial control and data collection systems,  as well as other systems, working in hard environments.

Up to 32 Mbytes of reprogrammable flash-memory based on AM28F016 ICs by AMD®.

Build-in automatic erasing and programming facilities.

256 Kbyte RAM buffer.

Two modes of flash-memory read access:

Flexible module configuration with programmable base addresses.
