Quality control and parameters measurement system for IVG-type relays

The relay parameters control device is intended for automatic and hand-operated measurements and control of ralay parameters on conformity to the technical requirements to parameters of relay IVG, IVG-M, IVG-B - types, used in railway automatics systems.

   The relay parameters control device provides:

Measurement of effective voltage of operation and release of the relay in alternating current in a range of from (0,010..4,095) V.

Calculation of a difference between latch and unlatch voltage of front(rear) contact at operation (release) of relay.

Measurement of contact resistance of common - front, common - rear contacts in a range of (0,02..1,00) ohm.

Measurement of relay operation and release time in a range of (0,1..150) ms.

Measurement of bridge strapping and common contact switch time intervals at relay operation and release in a range of (0,1..20) ms.

Calculation of a difference between maximum and minimum of operation time at work in a pulsed mode.

Measurement of resistance of the heating resistor in a range of (10..2000) ohm.

Check of relay contacts' chatter absence at increase of voltage on relay winding from 0 up to 40 V during 2 seconds and during 10 ms.

Check of RCD-circuit for open citcuit and short circuit.

Check of relay work in a pulsed mode at nominal load 1A.

The control of reed relay integrity and air-tightness.
